TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Collarhood's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Collarhood provides custom merchandise manufacturing and printing services including:

• Custom apparel (hoodies, t-shirts, jerseys, etc.)
• Custom accessories (caps, bags, bottles, etc.)
• Printing and design services
• Bulk orders for colleges, corporates, and groups

3. Orders and Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude applicable taxes
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Minimum order quantities may apply for certain products
• Final pricing will be confirmed in your order quotation
• We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion

4. Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment required to initiate production
• Balance payment due before shipping
• We accept UPI and bank transfers
• Payment terms for bulk orders may be negotiated separately

5. Design and Artwork

• You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork or design specifications
• We offer design assistance at additional cost if needed
• You must have rights to use any logos, images, or text in your designs
• We are not liable for copyright infringement in customer-provided designs
• You grant us permission to display your order in our portfolio unless requested otherwise

6. Production and Delivery

• Standard production time: 7-14 business days
• Rush orders available at additional cost
• Delivery timelines provided are estimates, not guarantees
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services
• You will receive tracking information once order is shipped

7. Quality Standards

We maintain high quality standards, but please note:

• Slight color variations may occur due to screen display differences
• Minor variations in print positioning are normal in custom manufacturing
• We inspect all orders before shipping
• Defective items will be replaced at no cost (see Refund Policy)

8. Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled as it involves customisation

9. Limitation of Liability

Collarhood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, India.
