REFUND POLICY

1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing defects or quality issues
  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Damaged products received
  • Significant color or print discrepancies (beyond normal variations)

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Custom-made orders (personalized designs, names, numbers)
  • Orders where production has already started
  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences
  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Incorrect size selected by customer
  • Bulk orders (negotiable on case-by-case basis)

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Step 2: Provide order number and photos of the issue
  • Step 3: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  • Step 4: If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Step 5: Refund will be credited to original payment method

4. Return Process

For defective or incorrect items:

  • Items must be returned unworn and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Return shipping will be arranged by Collarhood for defective items
  • Customer pays return shipping for change of mind (if eligible)
  • Items must be received within 14 days of refund approval

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered in cases of:

  • Minor defects that don't affect overall quality
  • Slight print imperfections
  • Partial order fulfillment issues
